Contacting Board Members
Please use the Woodbridge number at 277-7287 or email addresses to contact board members about non-emergency issues.  The board respectfully asks homeowners to use our private home numbers for emergencies or confidential matters only.  If you are a landlord, we ask that you do not share private home numbers of any board members with your renter.


Reporting Woodbridge Maintenance Issues
For non-emergency issues, call the Woodbridge number (277-7287) and leave a voice mail for the Woodbridge board or use of the email addresses provided on the main page of the website.  A board member will respond within 48 hours.

Woodbridge Work Orders
Work orders will still be available in the hallway of the clubhouse and can still be placed in the garage door mail slot.  These will be screened by the board and sent as appropriate to Cressy and Everett for attention.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL CRESSY AND EVERETT FOR WOODBRIDGE MAINTENANCE ISSUES.

Having Personal Work Done
You can make arrangements to have personal work done on your condo by the Cressy and Everett maintenance crew if you so desire.  Contact Shauna Pixley at 271-4060.  If you engage such work, it will be billed to you personally.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER FOR WOODBRIDGE WORK ORDERS.

In Case of Emergency
The 24/7 emergency number is 674-1919.  This should only be used in real emergencies, such as windows broken in storm damage, severe flooding from a broken pipe or plumbing, etc.
Please note:
-If the work done is your responsibility as outlined in our by-laws, you will be billed.
-If the call is not deemed an emergency and Woodbridge incurs unnecessary expense, you will be billed for reimbursement.
-If you are a landlord and share this number with your tenant and erroneous calls are made, you will be billed.
