On or before the date you wish to use the clubhouse you must write two (2) checks made payable to Woodbridge Association, Inc. One check in the amount of $75.00 (for owners) or $100.00 ( for non-owners). This is a non-refundable rental fee. A second check in the amount of $200.00 (for owners) or $500.00 (for non-owners) is a refundable cleaning deposit.
After receipt of the rental fee and cleaning deposit, you will receive keys which will give you access to the kitchen, cleaning closet, inner door of the clubhouse, and a patio deadbolt key. Please have PATIO DEADBOLTS UNLOCKED during rental for safety reasons as well as access to the patios for your guests' enjoyment. Also, remember when locking up the clubhouse at termination of your rental to LOCK the deadbolts along with the locks beneath the deadbolt. The clubhouse is armed with an alarm system. If upon entering the clubhouse you hear a tone, close the door immediately and contact a Board Member. Although the alarm should not be activated when the clubhouse is reserved, it is possible that it will be set in error. In the event the alarm system is accidentally activated, contact a Board Member immediately.
The keys are to be returned immediately after your clean-up work is done. Please return to the appropriate Board Member, slip them into the office mail slot in the office door or in the maintenance drop box at the garage.
The clubhouse must be vacated and cleaned by 1:00 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been made. Your rental fee does not cover cleaning. You are responsible for leaving the clubhouse as you found it, including the restrooms. There are cleaning materials and a vacuum cleaner in the supply closet. Please remove all trash from the kitchen AND bathrooms and deposit in an outside receptacle. If clean-up is not properly done, a clean-up fee will be withheld from your deposit depending on the extent of the job. If the damage and clean-up exceeds the amount of the deposit, we will bill you for that excess amount payable in ten (10) days.
Your rental fee also does not cover broken, damaged or missing items. We will subtract this amount from your cleaning deposit and bill you for any excess amount payable in ten (10) days.
Rental of the clubhouse does NOT INCLUDE THE POOL AREA.
PATIO DOOR DEADBOLTS left unlocked after your rental will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If there are losses or damages due to the unlocked deadbolts, you will be billed for the losses/damages beyond the deposit amount. Any such billing will be payable in ten (10) days.
Please do not have more than three (3) logs in the fireplace at once. Make careful note of where the fire extinguishers are located. (There are two in the clubhouse and one in the kitchen). Please make sure the fire is completely out before leaving. If necessary, pour water on the embers. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER TO PUT THE FIRE OUT.
The clubhouse renter and all guests agree to hold the Woodbridge Association, the individual owners, and the Board of Directors harmless from any and all damages or injuries sustained while using the clubhouse, up to and including death.
