Parking Rules and Regulations

The following rules are found in the Woodbridge Association Code of By-Laws and Rules to Live By.
These rules apply to ALL residents on the grounds whether owner, a household member or renter.

Parking and Vehicle Rules at Woodbridge
1) A maximum of two vehicles allowed per unit.
2) Each unit is assigned one covered and one uncovered parking space.
3) Use your assigned space for parking.
4) Do NOT park on the grass, on sidewalks, in driveways, along the curbs.
5) Do NOT park in any other area not designed to be used for parking.
6) All guests must park in designated VISITOR parking areas.


Parking Spaces Are Not To Be Used For
1) Storage of boats or trailers.
2) Automotive Maintenance
3) Parking of any other unconventional vehicle (such as boats, campers, trailers of any kind, buses, mobile homes, motor homes, mini homes, commercial vehicles unless such vehicle is parked or stored completely within a garage.)
4) Vehicles which are inoperable.
5) Vehicles that are excessively noisy.
6) Vehicles with expired license tags.


If A Resident Has Three (3)or More Vehicles
1) You are to notify the Board of Directors in writing giving details.
2) An evaluation will be made on a case by case basis and the vehicle owner will be notified what parking    arrangements have been approved or not.

Speed Limit
There is a 15 m.p.h speed limit within the complex. Due to limited visibility of driveways extreme caution must be exercised to insure the safety of residents, children and pets.

Small Motorized Vehicles
Motorcycles and motor bikes are to be used only for ingress to and egress from Woodbridge. They should be operated in a quiet and safe manner. Go carts, snowmobiles and other small motorized vehicles are prohibited.

The Board of Directors will notify vehicle owners in writing of violations. The notice will describe the nature of the offense and the corrective action required by a specific date. If no response is received or action taken the Board of Directors will take additional action as necessary, such as leveling a fine if lack of action constitutes to be a nuisance or towing the vehicles in violation to a public garage at the owner's expense.
